Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at COSTVIO. We want to make sure your fragrance order arrives safely, quickly, and exactly as expected. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the following business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped
⚠ Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states):

*Air shipping (2nd Day Air / Next Day Saver) is not available for all products. Fragrance products containing alcohol may be restricted from air transport per carrier regulations. If your order cannot ship by air, it will automatically be downgraded to Ground service and you will be notified.
3. Drop Ship Orders
COSTVIO fulfills orders through a drop ship model. This means your order is shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouse to your delivery address. Please note the following:
- No packing slips, invoices, or supplier branding are included inside the package — your order will appear as if shipped directly from COSTVIO
- A fragrance sample or sample card may occasionally be included
- Drop ship ground rate: $7.95 for the first item; $1.00 for each additional item (up to 10 items)
- For orders over 10 items, shipping is calculated at checkout — select your method and click Apply to see the rate
4. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We ship to Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), and the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) via USPS.
- At checkout, please select UPS Ground — orders to these locations will automatically be routed via USPS
- Delivery to these locations may take longer than standard continental U.S. estimates
- Air shipping options are not available for these destinations
5. International Shipping
At this time, COSTVIO ships within the United States only (including U.S. territories listed above). We do not ship internationally.
We are working to expand our shipping reach. Please check back or contact us to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
6. Fragrance Air Shipping Restrictions
Fragrances are classified as flammable liquids (Class 3 hazardous materials) due to their alcohol content. As a result, the following restrictions apply:
- Some fragrance products cannot be shipped via air transport (2nd Day Air or Next Day Saver)
- If you select an air shipping method and your order contains restricted items, we will automatically downgrade your shipment to Ground service
- No additional charges will apply for this downgrade, and you will be notified by email
⚠ Note: If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order to confirm air shipping eligibility for specific products.
7. Multiple Package Shipments
For larger orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages. In such cases:
- Shipping charges may be adjusted to reflect the actual number of packages required
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package
- All packages from the same order will ship on the same business day whenever possible
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using the link in the email or by visiting www.costvio.com/track-order.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation
- Ground shipments are tracked via UPS or FedEx
- USPS shipments (PR, AK, HI, GU, VI) are tracked via USPS tracking
9. Delivery Issues & Missing Packages
If your package is showing as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes scanned as delivered before physical arrival
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your mailroom
- Contact your local carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@costvio.com within 3 business days of the expected delivery date
Important: If a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to file a claim or issue a refund for non-receipt. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
10. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If an order is returned to our warehouse by the carrier for any reason — including refusal, undeliverable address, or failed delivery attempts — the following will apply:
- A refund will be issued for the item cost minus the carrier's return shipping charge
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for any additional charges applied by the carrier, such as address correction or package redirect fees
⚠ Note: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
11. Order Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders very quickly, the cancellation window is extremely limited — typically less than 5 minutes after order placement.
- To request a cancellation, reply immediately to your order confirmation email — do not wait
- Cancellation requests made after your order has entered processing cannot be guaranteed
- If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy
12. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps immediately:
- Report the damage to us within 5 business days of delivery
- Email support@costvio.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging
- Keep all original packaging and the damaged item for at least 2 weeks — the carrier may inspect or retrieve it
- Once the carrier approves the claim, we will reship the damaged item or issue a refund
⚠ Note: Claims reported after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
